Accessibility
Scientific information should remain usable across devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.
SeriesFusion targets WCAG 2.2 AA and treats accessibility defects as publication defects.
Current design practices
The site uses semantic headings, landmarks, labeled navigation and search controls, keyboard-operable menus, visible focus states, meaningful image alt text, responsive layouts, readable contrast, and text that reflows without horizontal page scrolling at supported phone widths.
Search, navigation, paper pages, section and domain directories, the Index, and information pages are included in automated and manual accessibility checks.
Conformance status
WCAG 2.2 AA is the target, not an unsupported certification claim. The site has automated and keyboard checks, but no independent accessibility audit has yet established full conformance across every browser and assistive-technology combination.
Report a barrier
Email editor@seriesfusion.com and include:
- the URL;
- what you were trying to do;
- the browser, device, or assistive technology involved;
- the format or accommodation that would help.
SeriesFusion will treat a reproducible access barrier as a launch or correction issue, depending on severity.
